BELIEVE and PRAY
1) I need Jesus because my wrong-doing (sin) gets between me and God.
2) I believe Jesus came and gave up his life for me because he loves me and desires a permanent ongoing relationship with me. He came in the form of man to establish that relationship with me here on earth and promises to stay with me forever. He is preparing a place for me in heaven and I will be with Him for all eternity.
3) I believe that by the power of the blood and resurrection of Jesus Christ that my salvation is made complete when I believe and confess that Jesus Christ is the Lord. I believe in my heart that God raised his son Jesus from the dead. I believe that Jesus is the only way to God and confess that He died for all my wrongdoing.
“Lord Jesus, I truly believe with my whole heart that you are the Lord and that you died for my sins. I ask that you forgive me for all that I have done wrong. I choose right now to follow your ways and to turn away from all other ways. I accept you into my heart and into my life. I receive your gift of salvation which is free to all who ask and believe.”

WHAT THE BIBLE SAYS ABOUT SALVATION
These Scriptures convince us of our salvation and how to obtain it. Jesus is knocking at the door of your heart – even right now, will you let him in?
Revelation 3:20 (NIV) 20 Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with that person, and they with me.
Deuteronomy 31:6 (NIV) 6 Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the Lord your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.”
John 3:16 (NIV) 16 For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.
Romans 3:23 (NIV) 23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,
Romans 6:23 (NIV) 23 For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Romans 10:9 (NIV) 9 If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
Romans 10:13 (NIV) 13 for, “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”
John 10:10 (NIV) 10 The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.
John 1:12 (NIV) 12 Yet to all who did receive him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God—
John 14:6 (NIV) 6 Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.
1 Peter 2:24 (NIV) 24 “He himself bore our sins” in his body on the cross, so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness; “by his wounds you have been healed.”
Romans 5:8 (NIV) 8 But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
1 Corinthians 15:1-9 (NIV) Now, brothers and sisters, I want to remind you of the gospel I preached to you, which you received and on which you have taken your stand. 2 By this gospel you are saved, if you hold firmly to the word I preached to you. Otherwise, you have believed in vain.
3 For what I received I passed on to you as of first importance[a]: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, 4 that he was buried, that he was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures, 5 and that he appeared to Cephas,[b] and then to the Twelve. 6 After that, he appeared to more than five hundred of the brothers and sisters at the same time, most of whom are still living, though some have fallen asleep. 7 Then he appeared to James, then to all the apostles, 8 and last of all he appeared to me also, as to one abnormally born.
9 For I am the least of the apostles and do not even deserve to be called an apostle, because I persecuted the church of God. 10 But by the grace of God I am what I am, and his grace to me was not without effect. No, I worked harder than all of them—yet not I, but the grace of God that was with me. 11 Whether, then, it is I or they, this is what we preach, and this is what you believed.
